Sales Tax
Sales tax will be collected when applicable unless a tax exemption form is on file.
Payment
Customers may pay with certified check, credit or debit card, including MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
Customers may also be eligible for accounts with approved credit. Click here to download the credit application form. You will need Adobe Reader or an equivalent PDF viewer to open this file. This form may be downloaded and faxed to Transwest Emergency Equipment at (303) 286-2588. Please allow a minimum of ten business days for credit approval.
If you have an existing account you may enter a purchase order and verify your account information prior to shipment.

To better serve you, we have improved the Transwest Emergency Equipment online shopping experience. However, as part of the improvement, any logins created prior to April 16, 2009 are no longer valid. Please create a new login for the ability to create a wishlist, track your orders, view previous orders, create multiple shipping locations, and much more.

Although Transwest Emergency Equipment has taken these reasonable and appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is delivered and disclosed only in accordance with your instructions, Transwest Emergency Equipment cannot and does not guarantee that the personal information you provide will not be intercepted by others and decrypted.
Minimum Order
A twenty-five dollar ($25) minimum is required on all orders.
Shipping and Handling
Transwest Emergency Equipment will make every effort to ship your orders within 24 hours. In some cases the items will come directly from our supplier and there may be some delay. We will notify the customer via email upon receipt of the order and shipment.
You may also elect to pick up your order at our store for no additional charge.
Please allow seven (7) to ten (10) business days for processing and shipping on all orders (excluding in-store pickup orders).
Freight will be billed in accordance with the following chart:

Any items that are over 65 pounds or 100" in girth will be subject to additional freight charges. We will notify the customer if special freight charges apply.
A $5.00 handling charge will be added to all orders.
Damaged Goods
If items are damaged upon receipt, the customer must contact Transwest Emergency Equipment and receive a return authorization number and a return form. Returns will only be accepted with the return authorization number and completed return authorization form. All items must be returned in the condition received and if possible returned in the original packaging. All items must be returned to Transwest Emergency Equipment within seven days of receipt.
